I can't receive a verification code from SMS.

1. Please choose the correct country code and enter the right phone number.

2. The verification message sent by the server may be delayed due to poor network signal reception or unavailability of the carrier's network.

3. Please wait a while. Each verification code is valid for 30 minutes.

4. If the problem still persists, click "Resend code" for a new code. Please note that once you click "Resend code", the previous code is no longer valid.
    

Is Stanly suitable for users of all ages?

You must be 16 or above if you want to register on Stanly.

I want to change my profile.

You can change your profile picture and nickname at any time.

1. Click the Stanly icon in the top left corner.

2. Click the pen button on the top left corner of the profile card.
    

I want to log out.

1. Click the Stanly icon in the top left corner.

2. Click on the “settings.”

3. Click the "SIGN OUT" button on the bottom to log out.
    

I want to delete my Stanly account.

How can I look up other users?

1. Click the Stanly icon in the top left corner.

2. Press Search.

Or….. Scroll through our Community posts and find other Stans there.
 

How can I look up other Artists’ pages?

1. Click the Stanly icon in the top left corner.

2. Press Explore.

3. Scroll down to the explore option.

4. If you don’t see your fandom, press “Add a new Fandom.”
    

What is the value of Stanly?

Stanly provides a new home for all things involving your favorite artist’ community! You can communicate with other fans, play games, earn badges, and win raffles! The bigger your community becomes, the more features you can unlock!
 

What can I do in Stanly?

You can find other super fans, get the latest news on your favorite artists, and participate in games and raffles to win prizes. You can post images, videos, quizzes, and polls for everyone on your feed to react to. You can also communicate with other fans in group chats and different voice chatrooms. You can earn points by checking in daily. These points will put you higher on the top fans’ leaderboard!
 

Where do I see my followers and who I am following?

1. Click the Stanly icon in the top left corner.

2. Click the “Following” or “Followers” under your profile image.
    

Where do I see if someone directly messaged me?

1. Click on the inbox icon on the top right corner.
    

Posts

How do I make a post?

1. Press the Create button on the bottom right.

2. Press post
    

Where can I find my past posts?

1. Go to the profile in the middle of the navigation bar at the bottom.

2. Scroll through your feed.
    

I can't upload a video in community.

A failure of video uploading may occur due to:

1. The duration of video exceeds 60s.

2. The video violates our [Community Guidelines] so it is not allowed.

3. Your network connection may be unstable. Please try to reconnect your network and upload again.
    

Where did my “Saved to Draft” image go?

The image is saved and is viewable when you click the Create button again, which is in the bottom right part of the screen.

• If it is a post, click on “Create button” and “Post”. It will ask you if you want to “Continue editing?”, press “Edit”, and finish posting.

• If it is a quiz, click on “Create button” and “Quiz”. It will ask you if you want to “Continue editing?”, press “Edit”, and finish posting.

• If it is a poll, click on “Create button” and “Poll”. It will ask you if you want to “Continue editing?”, press “Edit”, and finish posting.
   

Are there any limitations for creating a post?

You can create a post with maximum 280 characters, 15 images and video not longer than 60s.
